Movement Practice

SACRAL CHAKRA.


In this second module, we will look at the sacral chakra to continue to move our emotional energy, like anger. up through the Path of Liberation. We can also use these practices to create in the space in the Path of Manifestation. So depending on what you want to focus on, finding your flow can be a great benefit wherever you are in your process. This is our place where our creations, our desires, and our emotions flow through us.  You can always come back to this practice at any time if you are feeling emotional, stuck in your space of creation, or want more grounding through flow and build from there. 

We begin together by acknowledging how you are flowing in the space of your pelvis and recognize where you might feel stuck, stagnant, or avoiding in your movement pattern in the sacral chakra. When you are observing this part of your physical & energetic body consider:

When you are ready, come to the ground for your movement practice. Make sure you are in a space that feels quiet, comfortable, & safe to move freely in and clothing that can move freely with you.

 

PLAY WORK FOR YOUR DAY:
  • After you complete this sequence, take a bit of time to reflect on what you experienced and write in your journal.
  • Throughout your day, notice what you noticed in your movement and how it shows up in your life. (ie do you feel you stuck creatively  in your life? Has it been hard to conceive?)
