THROAT CHAKRA.
We look at how we hold physical patterns and tensions in our neck, jaw, throat and energetically in our throat chakra.
This is our space where we express our truth to the outer world and receive the words of other peoples' truths. Some things to reflect upon before you move through your practice:
- Do you often feel tension in your jaw?
- Are you feeling it is hard to find the right words at times and hold back from sharing them?
- Do you find it hard to communicate with others?
- Do you feel seen & heard in your community?
When you are ready, come to the ground for your movement practice. Make sure you are in a space that feels quiet, comfortable, & safe to move freely in and clothing that can move freely with you.

PLAY WORK FOR YOUR DAY:
- After you complete this sequence, take a bit of time to reflect on what you experienced and write in your journal.
- Throughout your day, notice what you noticed in your movement and how it shows up in your life. (ie Do you feel stuck when it comes to speaking your truth?)
